
Our premises are available for hire, both by organisations meeting regularly and for one-off meetings and events. All hiring is subject to availability; priority is given to community and charity groups, but enquiries for family events (e.g. birthday parties) or group events (e.g. an organisation’s business meeting) are always welcome.
Please make all enquiries, including for current rates, by email to hallhire@twickenhamurc.org.uk which will be the primary means of communication. If you wish to view the premises beforehand then this can be arranged. If you decide to go ahead with a booking you will be asked to sign and return an agreement which will confirm your rooms and times, your hiring rate and payment, and any special arrangements.
All hirings must accept and conform to the Safeguarding Policies and regulations of the church (which are available on request), and of the hiring organisation where appropriate.



The rooms which are available for hire are:
HALL and KITCHEN: Looking out over Twickenham Green, this has been rebuilt and refurbished to a comfortable standard. Chairs and tables, including child furniture, are available for seated events. Adjacent to the hall there is a well appointed kitchen with a serving hatch. There is space for up to 40 people for a table seating event (e.g. party, catered meal), up to 60 people for a seated event (e.g. a front facing meeting), or up to 80 people for a mainly standing event (e.g. exhibition, buffet party with only serving tables). The adjacent garden is directly accessible through glass doors and can be used if the weather is suitable.
CHURCH: this has also been refurbished to a comfortable standard and seats up to 80 people. Presentation, projection and microphone facilities are available, and there is a tea/coffee station at the rear. A baby grand piano and an electronic organ are available; the church organ may be used by special arrangement. This room has excellent accoustics and so is ideal for recitals, concerts, and formal meetings.
LARGE VESTRY: this room seats up to 8 people and can be used for small meetings, or personal tuition or consultations.
All rooms share access to modern toilet facilities, including a disabled toilet and a baby changing table. WiFi is available on the premises.
